Jaana Ponzio was born in Finland and lived in Sweden
before settling in California in the 1980's.
Jaana has always liked arts and crafts but started to
paint seriously when she moved to Arizona.
Her neighbor, world renowned porcelain artist Jerry
Bolton helped Jaana start porcelain painting in 1999 and the rest is
History....
Jaana loves to paint portraits and birds, has
attended numerous Seminars and Porcelain art schools across America.
Jaana paints at Springfield Resort, Chandler,
Arizona every Thursday. You will often find her in either of her
studios in Chandler, Arizona or Puerto Penasco, Mexico. Jaana
is a member of the Chandler Art Guild - Join her for their First
Wednesday Artwalk!
